Agreement to This Policy

By visiting bsacnow.com, clicking links to access our apps, signing up, logging in, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

HIPAA Notice

BSACNOW operates our apps and platforms on Microsoft Azure services under a valid Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Microsoft. This BAA makes Microsoft our Business Associate and supports HIPAA-compliant handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) when you use our services for health-related purposes. BSACNOW itself is not a Covered Entity under HIPAA unless our specific activities qualify us as one (e.g., as a health care provider, health plan, or clearinghouse). We are committed to following appropriate safeguards for any PHI you entrust to us, in alignment with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.

We collect information only as necessary to provide and improve our services:

• Personal information — name, email address, phone number, account credentials (collected in our apps)
• Health and wellness inputs (if voluntarily provided in apps) — reminders, activity logs, symptom tracking, wellness notes, caregiver/emergency contacts
• Technical and usage data — IP address, device type, browser information, usage patterns (anonymized where possible)
• E-commerce information — purchase history, shipping/billing address (processed by third-party providers)
• Educational data — workshop participation, progress, completion records, certificates

bsacnow.com itself (this website) collects no personal information—it is informational only and contains links to our apps where data collection occurs. 

 Individual users accessing wellness, coaching, or educational features independently are not engaging in a Covered Entity relationship unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.”

We use information to:

• Provide and personalize our services (reminders, coaching, program access)
• Process purchases and registrations
• Improve platform functionality and user experience
• Communicate with you about your account or services

• Respond to emergencies involving health or safety (with authorization)

Our Microsoft-hosted services benefit from additional HIPAA-aligned protections under our BAA. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

We do not sell personal information. We may share it only:

• With service providers (such as Microsoft under our BAA) bound by confidentiality obligations
• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal requirements or protect safety
• In emergencies (e.g., authorized caregiver notifications)

Depending on applicable law, you may:

• Request deletion (subject to legal exceptions)
• Withdraw consent where applicable

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or required by law (e.g., tax/accounting records generally retained for 7 years; inactive accounts may be deleted after 3 years).

Purchases on bsacnowone.com are processed by Payhip and Printify, which have their own privacy policies. We do not store full payment card details.

 Some BSACNOW educational and mentorship programs are designed for minors and are accessed only with verifiable parental or school consent. In such cases, data collection is limited to what is necessary for educational participation and program administration and is handled in compliance with COPPA and applicable education privacy laws.
